We are looking for a Strategic Program Manager to lead the implementation of our new post-merger strategy. Not by dreaming up vision statements, but by rolling up your sleeves and turning strategic pillars into concrete, manageable projects.

Who is Labeau
Labeau specializes in the breeding and cultivation of young ornamental plants, with Phalaenopsis being the most important product. With approximately 950 employees and branches in Germany, Belgium, Slovakia, Turkey, and the Netherlands, Labeau is the second-largest breeding company in the world for Phalaenopsis.
Your Tasks:
- You will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on program priorities, risks, and performance.
- You will work closely with senior leaders from various departments to ensure alignment and engagement.
- You will empower teams, align departments, and remove roadblocks so that progress never stalls.
- You will bring structure where there is complexity, clarity where there is noise, and pace where there is hesitation.
- You translate strategic pillars into clear, actionable project roadmaps.
- You coordinate across departments to ensure strategic alignment.
- You facilitate and empower project teams to make progress without owning the content.
- You continuously monitor the progress of projects and programs and report on progress to leadership.
- You ensure operational feasibility, taking into account what works on the floor and what does not.
- You maintain a dynamic overview of the entire transformation portfolio and are able to make adjustments and provide input where necessary.
- You report regularly to the Management Team on ongoing improvements, the performance and input of project members, and the composition of project teams.
Who are you and what do you bring to the table?
- You have a master’s degree and a strong interest in strategy & change management.
- Affinity with operational processes; you understand how things work and change in real life.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; you connect the dots & people.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills – clear, convincing, human.
