Customer Service Professional
As a Customer Service Professional, no two days are the same. In this role, you will support our sales staff. As part of a young and motivated team, you will be jointly responsible for the administrative process surrounding our customer orders.
Who is Labeau?
Labeau specializes in the breeding and cultivation of young ornamental plants, with Phalaenopsis being the most important product. With approximately 950 employees and branches in Germany, Belgium, Slovakia, Turkey, and the Netherlands, Labeau is the second-largest breeding company in the world for Phalaenopsis.
Your Tasks:
- Purchasing plant material (internal and external)
- Entering and modifying customer orders
- Matching the best plant to the right customer
- Identifying and resolving surpluses and shortages
- Coordinating export shipments that depart by plane or boat
- Preparing and drawing up invoices
- Contributing ideas for continuous process improvement
- Participating in change projects, such as the logistics hub and ERP optimization
Who are you and what do you bring to the table?
- You feel at home in an internationally growing company with a flat organization and an open culture.
- You are quick on your feet, solution-oriented, and able to reason logically about complex issues.
- A high degree of independence and a sense of responsibility are important to us.
- Minimum higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking (e.g., in supply chain or logistics)
- Accuracy and a proactive attitude
- Good communication skills (Dutch & English)
- An affinity with plants or floriculture is a plus!
